Do you work individually or in teams? 8. Do you have someone to cover you in an emergency or while you are on vacation? 9. What is the historical list price to final sale price ratio? 10. How well do you know my neighbourhood/region? Selling a home is a big financial decision and the experience can be very stressful if you are directed to the wrong agent.
